Road Trip
Well we are off - a little late but the wide open highway is in front of us and we can go away for a couple of days. Steve wants to see some of his family - we have been stuck at home since last December and now that his arm is doing better we just had to get away.

Glad you enjoyed your road trip and finally met up with family at Sonny's.
Jimmy & I have run into the same problem, a time or two, finding a room...we get to a town and the rooms are all booked because of some major event, like a rodeo...sometimes we have to travel 50 miles away to find a room.
Of course, the weekend we went to see family we had our rooms booked a couple weeks in advance, only because we needed 4 rooms for 2 nights and a motel with an indoor pool, for the kids.
I enjoyed seeing all your pictures and it sounded like you & Steve had a nice time.
