Threes

Remember I was saying things come in threes - well, yep, sure enough - the man fixed the wall socket but was having trouble with the breaker - so he told us if it kept acting up he would have to replace it - guess who I am going to call tomorrow.
Did get the washing done - I have a heavy duty extention cord we just ran to another outlet to run the washer. Exciting day.

Then Steve and I spent thirty minutes or so watching the lady with the horse next to us - she had put a cover over the horse's head to keep the bugs off of her eyes but before the lady could fasten it the horse took off. Once the horse found out she could see through it she calmed down some but it took some food to get her where her owner could take the cover off. Then the horse was all set for some petting. Like I told Steve horses are smart.

I think I would have tied the horse up first before putting that thing over its eyes.

The faulty breaker may have caused all the other problems. We had a faulty breaker and decided to replace the WHOLE breaker box with a new one last year...one of our (electrician) grandsons did it for us, and it didn't take him long to change it out.

People can be STUPID about horses sometimes, I am amazed how many horse idiots there are! Horses are easily spooked in new situations with unknown items such as fly masks and covers, etc. You have to be so careful not to get hurt by a scared amimal that weighs 1800-2000 pounds!
