A New Baby
Proud new mama. At 7:13 AM May 18 Merissa Kay popped out of Mom. The doctors had given Steph a epidermal and she couldn't feel anything but she was throwing up. When the doctor checked her the baby was crowing - he went to get the rest of the staff and when they got back Steph was throwing up again and the baby just popped out. Doctor said it was the easiest birth he had had and left the team to take care of Steph and the baby.
Merissa was 7 pounds and 20 inches long. Mom is going to call her super girl because she just flew out and landed on the bed between Mom's legs. When Steph had stopped by on Wednesday she was complaining about the pain in her back - she thought it was her kidneys again but it was labor pains.
Everyone is happy.
