Afternoon with Amber

Steve's oldest grand daughter spent the afternoon with us - she came dressed nice and we found her one of my t shirts that made her a dress. We made soap by melting the stuff in the microwave then pouring into molds. She enjoyed that. We had been trying to get a chance for a long time to make the soap.
Amber in her nice dress.
Amber getting her humor back. Her Dad has tested clear of any cancer for a month now so they are stopping the treatments. He just has to go back every two months for a while then the doctors will stretch the time out. We are all so happy about his recovery.

Amber is such a pretty girl and it's always good to hear that you have no more cancer or that it is in remission. No wonder she's a happy camper...that was a lot to bear for such a young girl.

That last picture reminds me of that commercial "What would you do for a Klondike bar". :)
