Moocher -EEK!

If you look real close in the shadow of the tree you can see of little bit of white - that is Moocher waiting for a squirrel. Guess what I saw him run up the tree and almost catch one. I do believe he figered out it was a bit much for him to handle - see following picture.
Moocher decided that hanging around those old squirrels just wasn't his thing - he retreated with as much dignity as he could.

Those squirrels, I think have bigger teeth than Moocher...I hope he doesn't find that out...OUCH

Moocher WILL catch a squirrel, it is only a matter of time. All you will see left of it is a discarded furry tail! Down in Bradenton they have an large tank with a manatee that has been raised in captivity since he was a baby. It is a nice exhibit and "Snooty" the manatee is very tame. He is almost 60 years old now; they are not sure how long manatees live, but he is something to see.
