Spring Fever

From humble beginnings hopefully will grow my garden. Top picture is an eggplant, then a hot pepper plant then tomato plants. Last year we put too many tomato plants in the big pot. I wanted to put just one but Steve insisted that we put two in the big pot. Next I will want to buy some flowers but right now it is veggies.

They're fabulous. I'm so glad that you're getting out and enjoying the pleasures of growing things again.

Jimmy just tilled our garden spot this week although it is much smaller than usual. We are just going to put out some tomato plants, one plant of crooked neck squash, and hot banana peppers.

We usually put out what is called a salsa garden (all the ingredients for salsa) but this year it won't be complete unless Jimmy gets carried away when we go to buy the plants. We won't plant until after May and the danger of frost is over.
